Kevin E. Cartwright, B.A., M.Ed., is a Bahamian educator, author, principal, disability advocate, songwriter, and creator of the Brain Vitamin educational series.
His work is grounded in the belief that Bahamian students deserve reading material that reflects their own culture, language, history, humour, challenges, and national identity. Through the Brain Vitamin series, he seeks to strengthen reading comprehension, critical thinking, vocabulary development, written expression, and cultural pride among Grade 7-9 students.
As a blind Bahamian professional and educational leader, Mr. Cartwright represents resilience, academic achievement, service, and possibility. His leadership and advocacy continue to support accessible education, disability inclusion, and the development of culturally relevant learning resources for students across The Bahamas.
